One of Us (2025)
“One of Us” was written as an exploration inspired by musical traditions from across the world. Through experimentation with diverse instrument libraries, foley recordings, and bass-driven sound design, the album reflects my own interpretation of traditional music as seen through many cultural lenses. Each element is processed and reimagined to form a cohesive sonic identity that feels both ancient and contemporary. Featuring Audeka on “Born to Rule” which I’m happy finally found its place after 12 years of being archived.
The artwork is quite representitive of the album in concept form. The birds of the sky and the snake of the earth following the path of the TimeDebris logo. The textures are drawn from traditional textile patterns found across various cultures, including Japanese, Chinese, Indian, African-inspired, and Mayan influences. These same influences can be heard throughout the album, where I take elements of instruments, rhythms, and stylistic approaches from each culture. Embedded within the textures are written characters and symbols from different languages and writing systems, each communicating an idea of music in its own way. All of this surrounds a central circle, a powerful and recurring shape that reflects many natural phenomena we encounter in daily life.
Lugubrious (2024)
Lugubrious I wrote during my time in Spain admired by the history, traditions, and feelings that resonated with me connecting with ancestors. I was happy to see these collection of tracks come together nicely touching different moods to create an overall unique experience. Furthermore as a debut release, I was excited to start creating the vision for the project.
